Rashida Ghauri, MD, ABIHM
Managing Partner
Philadelphia native, Dr. Rashida completed her training in Internal Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine and immediately went into private practice at St. Mary Medical Center where she took care of the sickest patients in the community for over a decade. Realizing that the root cause approach to medical care was superior to conventional medical practice, she attained board certification in Integrative Medicine and started Salus WellCare in 2014 and has never looked back at traditional healthcare again. She is a superior diagnostician and takes great pride in advocating for her patients. She is a true champion of medicine in Bucks County.

Rashida has 3 boys and takes great pride in living in the community she serves. Her knowledge, experience, and spirit drives everything we do at Salus.
Baber Ghauri, MD, MBA, FHM, FACP, ABIHM
Senior Partner
Bucks County native, Dr. Baber completed his training in Internal Medicine at the Drexel University College of Medicine. After serving as Chief Resident, he founded the first Hospital Medicine program at Jefferson Health: Abington where he served as a clinician educator for 5 years. He then transitioned into a career in administration at St. Mary Medical Center and Trinity Health where he served in various leadership roles including Chief Medical Information Officer and Chief Medical Officer. He too discovered Integrative Medicine and has integrated the root cause approach to medical care into his hospital practice. After significant experience in management and entrepreneurship, Dr. Ghauri continues to practice medicine in various clinical environments as he leads the development of Integrative Medicine in the Tri-state area.
